About Me

I am a native of Monmouth County, New Jersey. I grew up five minutes away from the shore and a thirty-minute boat ride from downtown Manhattan.

My family is deeply rooted in baseball and I have been raised with a unique baseball experience. One of my grandfathers played for the Brooklyn Dodgers. The other played baseball for the Giants and was a scout for the Orioles, Braves, and Phillies. My father played for the Orioles, scouted for the Braves, and coached Division 1 Baseball at Monmouth University.

Put simply, baseball is in my blood.

Education

I attended Henry Hudson Regional School in Highlands, New Jersey from grades 7-12. During this time, I was a multi-sport athlete, and specifically, I played high-level softball. I was able to acquire accolades academically and athletically including all-conference and all-state selections.

After I graduated high school, I decided to attend Towson University to pursue higher education in the field of sports. I currently major in Sport Management while minoring in Business Administration and Business Law.

Through every level of my academics, I have remained set on pursuing a baseball career. It is my greatest passion and my dream.

Experience

I have worked in sports, in some capacity, for almost a decade.

When I was thirteen years old, I became an umpire for my local Little League. I loved working games, making calls, and just being on the field. It was in this job that I recognized my love for the industry of baseball.

I continued in my umpiring position among others throughout high school. One of my other jobs that I held was as a camp counselor and then assistant director of my local summer camp. I was in charge of about 150 children ages five through twelve.

Over the last three seasons, I have been a part of Towson University Softball staff. I was originally a Bullpen Catcher, but quickly became part of the support staff. Through this experience, I have gained knowledge of player development technology in Blast Motion (which I also completed an internship with), gameday operations, scouting, analytics, and film review.

Over the past year, I have begun to pursue opportunities in the form of MLB-sponsored programs. I am a member of the Diversity Pipeline Program which provides minority populations and women with opportunities of breaking into baseball. Through this program, I have had the opportunity to participate in MLB’s Take the Field at the Winter Meetings, an event that provides women selected by MLB with networking opportunities and education about the baseball industry.

The most recent MLB-sponsored event that I was selected to attend was the 2024 SABR Analytics Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. In addition to the actual conference, which was incredibly insightful and educational, my in-person cohort was able to meet with various MLB teams who had their spring training facilities around Greater Phoenix area. This experience provided me with numerous connections with my peers and industry professionals. It was truly an amazing and invaluable experience.
